We also own investment property here ourselves, so we see things through a different lens than someone who manages property that doesn’t also own investments.

All of our property managers are also licensed real estate agents and are highly trained to coordinate the many tasks involved in management. We use Appfolio as our property management software, and our owners have access to their portal 24/7.
