We conduct thorough background checks on ALL occupants over the age of 18, including credit, criminal, employment, and previous residence history. It is always our goal to place the most qualified tenants in your property and reduce potential risk.

We streamline the rent collection process with convenient online payment options and proactive follow-up on late payments as necessary. Each tenant has their own tenant portal, and they can pay electronically and even set up auto pay.

Accounting & reporting

We provide detailed monthly statements of your property's income and expenses, and we include copies of all invoices. We also provide rent rolls, income statements, year-end statements, and a 1099 at the end of the year. You will have everything you need to file taxes at your fingertips through your owner portal 24/7.

We love technology! You will have a portal where you can access all documents, reports, statements, etc., 24/7. We can tailor individualized monthly reports to be sent monthly and stored in your owner portal for easy access, anytime. We take professional photos and videos of your property for marketing and will soon implement Matterport 3D walkthroughs.

communication

Communication is key. You will have access to your PM, and you will also have the cell number of the owner when the need arises. Everyone is busy, but we prioritize communication and being accessible to our clients.
