So...you've been thinking about making a switch, but you just don't want to deal with the awkwardness and hassle. Switching management to eHomes Property Management is simple, and we will do the work for you.
How it works
Step 1
Sign our digital management agreement. We will email this over to you and it takes just a few minutes to review and sign.
Step 2
A quick phone call with us to go over details of the transition, any items we need to be aware of, so we can make this transition as smooth as possible for you and your tenant.
Step 3
Send an email to your current property manager and cc us, informing them that you are canceling services and that they are to cooperate with eHomes for the transition of management.
Step 4
You are done. You do what you do best and let us do what we do best. We will contact your former management company and pick up all copies of keys, leases, application documents, rent rolls, delinquency reports, etc. We will build the ownership and tenant info into our AppFolio management software, and we will make contact with your tenant to inform them of the change. This all goes very smoothly, and we take care of everything.
